At Modani Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every modern piece you select for your home. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for unused items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom within 7 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original factory packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a specialized furniture carrier to collect the item from your residence or return it directly to our designated warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
